AN ACT to amend and consolidate the law relating to court-fees and valuation of suits in the State of Kerala. WHEREAS it is necessary and expedient to amend and consolidate the law relating to court-fees and valuation of suits in the State of Kerala; BE it enacted in the Tenth Year of the Republic of India as follows: —
