Revision

The Government may, either suo motu or on an application of the aggrieved person, call for the records of any proceedings taken by the Appellate Authority under section 12 and make such enquiry and pass such orders, as they deem fit: Provided that an application for revision under this section shall be made within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order by the applicant and no order under this section shall be passed without giving the aggrieved person an opportunity of being heard: Provided further that no order by exercising the revisional power, shall be passed by the Government suo moto, after the expiry of three years from the date of the order passed in an appeal.
