Chapter 4 POWER OF INSPECTION, INQUIRY, SEIZURE ETC.
Statutory text
- (1) No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint in writing made by the Authority or by any officer authorised by the Authority in this behalf.
- (2) Any offence punishable under this Act shall be triable before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class.
