Mode of recovery of money due from members, employers, dealers and producers of bamboo, kattuvalli or pandanus leaf prioducts

Any amount due from any member, employer, dealer or producer of bamboo products, kattuvalli products or pandanus leaf products or from any person referred to in sub-section (7) of section 4, in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the Scheme may, if the amount is in arrears, be recovered with interest at the rate of nine per cent in the sam,e manner as arrears pf public revenue due on land or in such other manner as the Board may deem fit.
