Chapter II ISSUE OF LICENCE AND CONTROL
Statutory text
- (1) Every application for licence or renewal of an Ayurveda Health Centre shall be submitted to the Director in the prescribed form along with the fees as prescribed.
- (2) The Director shall take decision on the application for licence or renewal within the prescribed time.
