18. Exclusion from benefits.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, where an agriculturist, with intent to defeat or delay his creditor or creditors, has made any voluntary transfer of any interest in immovable property within the six months immediately preceding the date of publication of the Kerala Agriculturists' Debt Relief Bill, 1968, in the Gazette, such agriculturist shall not be entitled to the benefits of this Act.
