Obligation of village officers to report on insect pests, plant diseases or noxious weeds

All village officers and such other officers as may be prescribed, of villages in taluks adjoining a notified area, within whose village limits a pest, disease or weed similar to the insect pest, plant disease or noxious weed within the notified area appears, shall report the same to the Collector.
