1. Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Additional Tax on Entertainments and Surcharge on Show Tax (Amendment) Act, 1973.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1973.
2. Omission of section 2A
Statutory text
Section 2A of the Kerala Additional Tax on Entertainments and Surcharge on Show Tax Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), shall be omitted.
3. Repeal
Statutory text
The Kerala Additional Tax on Entertainments and Surcharge on Show Tax (Amendment) Act, 1972 (7 of 1972), is hereby repealed.
