Provisions regarding licences under section 23

(1) Every licence granted to a weigher, sampler or grader, under section 23, shall be valid for the prescribed period and may, on application and payment of the prescribed fee, be renewed from time to time for the prescribed period by the prescribed authority. (2) The prescribed authority may for reasons to be recorded in writing suspend or cancel any such licence.
