Contents of draft scheme.

The draft scheme shall contain the following particulars, namely:—

1. (a) the area, ownership and tenure of each original plot, the land allotted or reserved under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 26 with a general indication of the uses to which such land is to be put and the terms and conditions subject to which such land is to be put to such uses;
2. (b) the extent to which it is proposed to alter the boundaries of original plots;
3. (c) an estimate of the net cost of the scheme to be borne by the Planning Authority;
4. (d) a full description of all the details of the scheme under such clauses of sub-section (2) of section 26 as may be applicable;
5. (e) the laying out or re-laying out of land either vacant or already built upon;
6. (f) the filling up or reclamation of low-lying swamp or unhealthy areas, or levelling up of land; and
7. (g) any other prescribed particulars.
