(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Toddy Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1981.
- (2) It shall come into force on such 1[date] as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint. 1. Act came into force on 2.10.1984 by notification No. SWL 85 LBW 84 dated 29.9.1984.
