The Finance Committee

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following, namely:-

1. (i) The Chancellor– Chairperson
2. (ii) The Vice-Chancellor – Member
3. (iii) The Registrar – Member
4. (iv) The Finance Officer – Secretary
5. (v) One nominee of the Chancellor – Member; and
6. (vi) Such other members as may be specified by the statutes.
7. (vii) The Registrar Evaluation _ Member

1. (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take

financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, rules and statutes, undertake Co-

ordination exercise, general supervisions over the financial matters of the University.
