Governors or required to be provided by statutes under this Act.

Statutes how made.- (1) The first statutes framed by the Board of Management shall be submitted to the Board of Governors for its approval.

1. (2) The Board of Governors shall consider the First Statutes, submitted by the Board of Management and shall give its approval thereon with such modifications, if any, as it may deem necessary.
2. (3) The University shall publish the First Statutes, as approved by the Board of Governors in the University Notification, and thereafter, the First Statutes shall come into force from the date of its publication.
