Chapter III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
(1) The Minister in charge of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department shall be the Pro-Chancellor by virtue of his office. (2) The Pro-Chancellor shall preside over the convocation of the University in the absence of the Chancellor.
