Statutory text
All inquiries and proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner under this Act shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of
1[sections 229, 257 and 268 of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).]
