1. (1) Any employer or any person objecting to an

order passed by the 1[Joint Commissioner]1 under section 16 may appeal to the Tribunal within sixty days from the date on which the order was communicated to him.

1. (2) The provisions of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1976) shall be applicable to all appeals preferred to the Tribunal under sub-section (1).
