Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Local Fund Authorities Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003.
- (2) It extends to such Local Fund Authorities as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
