(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) (Second Amendment) Act, 2024. (2) The provisions of clause (i) and (ii) of section 2 shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01.06.2023 and 29.12.2023 respectively.
