Chapter IV AUTHORITIES OF THE INSTITUTE

Statutory text

Authorities of the Institute.- The following shall be the authorities of the Institute, namely:-

  1. (i) The Board of Governors;
  2. (ii) The Board of Management;
  3. (iii) The Academic Council;
  4. (iv) Research Council;
  5. (v) The Finance Committee; and
  6. (vi) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Board of Management to be the authorities of the Institute.
