Obtaining information.

The Board may for the purposes of this Act seek and obtain information from any Zilla Parishad in Hyderabad-Karnataka Area or from any officer of the State Government having jurisdiction over any area in Hyderabad-Karnataka Area and such Zilla Parishad or officer shall be bound to furnish the information sought by the Board.
