Appointment of Commissioner

(1) The State Government shall appoint an officer not below the rank of a K.A.S (Junior Scale) officer or equivalent, to be the Commissioner of the Authority.\n(2) The Commissioner shall receive such salary and other allowances as the State Government may, from time to time, determine.\n(3) The State Government may, from time to time, grant leave of absence for such period as it thinks fit to the Commissioner.
