Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020. (2) The provisions of the Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint on this behalf. (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Municipal Corporations and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act, 2021. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 16th day of November, 2021.
