Chapter V MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
(1) The Basavakalyan Development Board Ordinance, 2004 (Karnataka Ordinance 4 of 2004) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
