Officers of the University.- The following shall be the officers of the University:-

- (i) The Visitor
- (ii) The Pro-Visitor
- (iii) The Chancellor;
- (iv) The Vice-Chancellor;
- (v) The Pro Vice-Chancellor;
- (vi) The Registrar;
- (vii) The Finance Officer; and
- (viii) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
