The Pro-Vice-Chancellor

Statutory text
The Vice-Chancellor shall appoint Pro-Vice-Chancellors, not exceeding three in number, with the written approval of the Chancellor in such manner and they shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be laid down by Statutes.
