Preliminary
Short title, extent and commencement.-
- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Tax on Lotteries Act, 2004.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the tenth day of December, 2003.
