Authorized Officer

The Government may appoint an officer of the Government not below the rank of a Group ‘A’ officer Group 'A' Senior Officer of Revenue Department of the State Civil Services as Authorised officer, who shall exercise powers under this Act and such other powers as may be specified by the Government from time to time.
