- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka State Higher Education Council Act, 2010.
- (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government, may by notification, appoint. (This Act has come into force w.e.f.9.8.2010 by Notification No.ED 179 URC 2010, Dated:09.08.2010.)
