Chapter I PRELIMINARY

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-
- (a) "Commission" means the Karnataka State Commission for Women constituted under section 3;
- (b) "Government" means the Government of Karnataka;
- (c) "member" means a member of the Commission.
