Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of Transfer of Medical Officers and other Staff ) Act, 2011.
- (2) It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. (This Act came into force w.e.f. 12.05.2011 by notification No. HSW 123 HSH 2011, dated 12.05.2011.)
