Repeal of Karnataka Ordinance No. 20 of 2020 and savings.- (1) The

Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of transfer of staff of Department of Technical Education) Ordinance, 2020 (Karnataka Ordinance 20 of 2020) is hereby repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act, as amended by this Act.
