ACT 7] THE KARNATAKA SCHEDULED CASTES, SCHEDULED TRIBES AND OTHER BACKWARD CLASSES (RESERVATION OF APPOINTMENT ETC) ACT, 1990.

Short title and commencement .- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointments, etc.,) Act, 1990.
