Chapter IV DETERMINATION OF AMOUNT PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF PERSONAL INAMS

(1) The amount payable in respect of personal inam shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
- (2) The amount shall be determined for the inam as a whole and not separately for each of the interests therein.
