Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Samskrita Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2009.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.

This Act has come into force w.e.f.03.05.2010 by Notification No.ED 82 URC 2009, Dated:29.04.2010.
