Repeal and savings
The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011(1) The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Ordinance, 2011 (Karnataka Ordinance No.2 of 2011) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
