8. Unauthorised constructions not regularised to be demolished.-

All unauthorised constructions which are not regularised under this Act shall be liable for demolition and the supply of water or electricity shall be liable to be disconnected without notice and the persons who have made such constructions shall be liable to be evicted summarily in accordance with the relevant law.
