Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Prohibition of Admission of Students to the Un-recognised and Un-affiliated Educational Institutions Act, 1992.

  1. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Twenty-eighth day of May 1992.
