Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) (Amendment) Act, 2017. (2) Section 1 and 5 shall come into force at once and remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the official Gazette, appoint.
