Defaults.

If any private nursing home commits default in observing any of the conditions of the licence or fails to comply with any direction issued under section 9 or contravenes any of the provisions of this Act, the competent authority may, by order, revoke the licence:

Provided that no such order shall be made except after giving the persons concerned an opportunity of making representations against the proposal.
