Patient’s Charter and Private Medical Establishment's Charter

(1) Every patient or authorized family member and Private Medical Establishment shall have the rights and duties specified in the Patient’s and Private Medical Establishment's Charter as contained in the Schedule to the Act. (2) Every patient or authorized family member and Private Medical Establishment shall have right to make complaint to the Registration and Grievance Redressal Authority in respect of violation of any of the provisions of sub-section (1) or rules made under the Act in such manner as may be prescribed.
