Short title and commencement.-

  1. (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-Grabbers Act, 1985.
  2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Fifteenth day of December, 1984.
