Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context, otherwise requires,—

1. (a) “Parliamentary Secretary” means a member of the 1[Karnataka]1 Legislative Assembly]2 or the 1[Karnataka Legislative Council]1 appointed as a Parliamentary Secretary 2[by the Chief Minister]2;
