(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Nursing and Paramedical Sciences Education (Regulation) Authority Act, 2012.
- (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. (this Act came in to force w.e.f 05.08.2013 by notification No: HFW 217 MMC 2013 Dated: 05.08.2013.)
