Repeal and savings

(1) The Karnataka Micro Loan and Small Loan (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Ordinance, 2025 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 02 of 2025) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under The Karnataka Micro Loan and Small Loan (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Ordinance, 2025 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 02 of 2025) shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.

The above translation of ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಿರು (Micro) ಸಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಾಲ (ಬಲವಂತದ ಕರಮಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಬಂಧಕ) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2025 (2025 ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:15) be published in the official Gazette under clause (3) of Article 348 of the constitution of India.
