Short title and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Lakkundi Heritage Area Development Authority Act, 2020.

1. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by 1[notification] , appoint. 1. This Act has came into force w.e.f. 21.12.2020. by Notification No. TOR/91/TDA/2020 Dated: 22.12.2020. (See the text notification at the end of the Act)
