Government, by notification make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Repeal and savings. - (1) The Kaginele Development Authority Ordinance, 2005 (Karnataka Ordinance No 2 of 2005) is hereby repealed.

1. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
