Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1956, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—
[Karnataka]
1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973
“(bb) the office of a member of the Home Guards constituted under the
[Karnataka]
Home Guards Act, 1962;”
