Chapter IV DUTY OF HOSPITALS AND PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS
Statutory text
(1) All hospitals shall be required to display the rights of a Good Samaritan in accordance with section 4 of this Act, in a prominent place and in Kannada, Hindi and English languages.
- (2) Every hospital shall be required to inform the police as soon as an injured person is brought to such hospital by a Good Samaritan: Provided that the details of the Good Samaritan may be given to the police only in accordance with section 4 of this Act.
