Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Karnataka

¹ Substituted by Act 27 of 2001 w.e.f. 10.1.2002.

1[Power Transmission Corporation] (Recovery of Dues) Act, 1976.

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.
2. (3) It shall come into force on such 1[date] as the State Government may, by notification appoint.
