- (1) The Karnataka Debt Relief Ordinance 1975 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 15 of 1975), the Karnataka Debt Relief (Amendment) Ordinance, 1975, (Karnataka Ordinance No. 19 of 1975) and the Karnataka Debt Relief (Second Amendment Ordinance, 1975 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 21 of 1975) are hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinances, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. THE KARNATAKA DEBT RELIEF ACT, 1976 has been amended by the following Acts, namely.- Amendments (Chronological) Sl.
